Job summary

CareNow urgent care, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Center Manager II for the Bountiful/West Point area. This pivotal role leads clinic operations, hires and trains staff, ensures patient flow, and upholds compliance across centers.

The position requires a healthcare administration background, clinic management experience, and flexibility to cover shifts. Incentive eligibility is noted; benefits and growth opportunities are described with the HCA network.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting are required.
• 1+ year of supervision experience is helpful.
• RN, LPN, MA, NCT, RT or other applicable clinical license beneficial.
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of start.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months.
• Nevada only: Office Laboratory Assistant license required by the state.
• Must be able to manage clinic operations 7 days a week and float to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff.
• Develop and lead execution of clinic goals and objectives.
• Manage team performance including patient and visitor issues and feedback.
• Monitor patient flow and reduce wait times with Web Check-in.
• Ensure all cash management procedures are followed.
• Regularly communicate with primary accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all measures.
