The role requires 3+ years in a medical office, supervisory experience, and relevant licenses or certifications; BLS and screening certifications are needed within stated timelines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in a medical office.
• 1+ year supervisory experience useful.
• RN/LPN/MA/NCT/RT or similar license beneficial.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start.
• Within 3 months obtain Breath Alcohol Screening and Drug Screening certifications.
• NV only: Office Laboratory Assistant license required.
• Must manage clinic operations 7 days a week; flexible to cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff.
• Develop and lead clinic goals aligned with performance.
• Manage team performance, provide feedback, and identify promotion candidates.
• Monitor patient flow and reduce wait times; coordinate with Web Check-in.
• Ensure cash management procedures are followed.
• Communicate regularly with primary accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all measures.
