Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting required.
• 1+ year supervision experience helpful.
• RN/LPN/MA/NCT/RT or related license beneficial.
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of start.
• Within 3 months, Federal Breath Alcohol Screening and Federal Drug Screening Certification required.
• NEVADA ONLY: Office Laboratory Assistant license required.
• Ability to manage clinic operations 7 days a week with flexibility to float.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff.
• Develop and lead the execution of clinic goals and objectives.
• Manage team performance including patient and visitor issues; provide feedback.
• Monitor patient flow and reduce wait times via Web Check-in coordination.
• Ensure all cash management procedures are followed.
• Regularly communicate with primary accounts.
• Ensure all compliance measures are met.
