Responsibilities

• Assist Practice Leader in developing and overseeing business office policies to promote timely patient flow.
• Ensure ambulatory clinic policies and process improvements are implemented daily.
• Maintain documentation manuals, office policies and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide day-to-day staff resource management including scheduling and shift coverage.
• Edit time and attendance for staff with Practice Leader approval.
• Collaborate with staff, Practice Leader, and Providers on site business needs and hiring/evaluation processes.
