Behavioral Innovations is seeking entry-level Behavioral Technicians/RBTs to provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 10 years. You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support skill development in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to the clinic
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days if not certified
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (provided by BI)
• Background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening as condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
