Job summary

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility (within 6 months to 1 year).
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support RBTs in one-on-one work with children with ASD in clinic, home, and school.
• Develop individualized behavior plans using provided curricula and protocols.
• Utilize Central Reach for data collection and case management.
• Collaborate with families to empower long-term success.
• Engage in mentorship and leadership development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-quality clinical environment.
