Motivated Learners in Illinois is seeking a full-time Clinic BCBA to lead clinical oversight across one of our ABA clinics. The role emphasizes direct service, supervision of RBTs, data-driven treatment, and collaboration with families and staff.

The position offers a clinic-based schedule with potential for some work-from-home tasks, a competitive salary of 75,000–100,000 USD, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and conducting assessments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Clinic-based role with hands-on mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and progress evaluations.
• Develop, implement and update evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and feedback to RBTs.
• Coach therapists during sessions to ensure quality service delivery.
• Analyze data to guide treatment decisions and monitor progress toward goals.
• Train families to generalize skills outside the clinic.
• Collaborate with families and providers for coordinated care.
• Maintain documentation per BACB ethics and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Foster a collaborative clinic culture that supports clients and staff.
