Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Texas seeks a BCBA/behavior-analytic supervisor to deliver clinic-based ABA services and supervise RBT staff under supervision. You will ensure adherence to BACB guidelines, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, supervising data collection, and providing caregiver trainings monthly.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients.
• Supervise implementation of treatment and oversee RBT staff.
• Maintain BCaBA certification and state licensure.
• Develop and write individualized behavior programs.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor data collection and adjust protocols as needed.
• Train parents/caregivers monthly and as required.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and supervision.
