Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) seeks a BCBA-level clinician to provide clinic-based ABA services and supervise RBT staff. You will develop and implement behavior plans, conduct assessments, and ensure treatment integrity under supervision.

This role requires a BCBA/BCBA-D credential and relevant supervision experience in Texas. The position offers a structured, collaborative environment with ongoing training, and a mission to empower families and learners with autism and related developmental

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (required).
• Board certification and in good standing as a BCaBA (required).
• Must obtain and maintain current BCaBA licensure in Texas (required).
• Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients as assigned.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure protocol fidelity.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs for clients.
• Write and update behavior intervention plans and initial treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to RBT staff and supervise data collection systems.
• Offer parent/caregiver trainings and community education as needed.
