Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health seeks a BCBA to provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and supervise RBT staff. You will ensure protocol fidelity, maintain BCaBA certification, and obtain licensure in Texas, while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include assessments, program development, data interpretation, and treatment plan updates in line with insurance guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Board certification and in good standing as a BCaBA.
• Must obtain and maintain current BCaBA licensure in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients as assigned.
• Abide by the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
• Supervise implementation of treatment and ensure protocol fidelity.
• Maintain BCaBA certification with continuing education as required.
• Obtain and maintain state licensure.
• Provide supervision to RBT level staff and supervise certifications as applicable.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs for clients.
• Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets.
• Develop and write initial treatment plans per best practice and guidelines.
• Update client treatment plans per insurance and clinical practice.
