Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support through assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. You will work with individuals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote progress, independence, and improved quality of life.

You will supervise RBTs, coordinate with clinicians, and ensure compliant documentation in our EHR while staying current with best practices

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach to teamwork and care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for ASD to evaluate behavior and needs.
• Develop and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate and support families in implementing strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and direct staff; provide training.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in the EHR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and coordinate care.
