Empower Behavioral Health is looking for a dedicated professional to provide ABA services in Harker Heights, TX. The role includes supervising RBTs, developing treatment plans, and maintaining high standards of care for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

A Master’s degree and BCaBA certification are required, along with at least 2 years of experience. The position offers a supportive work environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients as assigned.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs for clients.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
