Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in McAllen, TX, is seeking a dedicated BCaBA to provide clinic-based ABA services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role includes supervision of treatment protocols and development of personalized behavior plans.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, a BCaBA certification, and at least 2 years of experience working with children. Benefits include paid time off, flexible hours, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients as assigned.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure satisfactory implementation of protocols.
• Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets for clients.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Evaluate and report client progress toward treatment goals.
