Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health is seeking a BCaBA supervisor to provide clinic‑based ABA services in Mission, Texas, and supervise RBT staff. You will ensure protocol fidelity, develop intervention plans, and maintain compliance with BACB standards.

The role requires active Texas BCaBA licensure, a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field, and at least 2 years working with autism or developmental disabilities. Competitive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• BCaBA certification and active Texas licensure are required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with autism or developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients as assigned.
• Supervise implementation of treatment and supervise RBT staff.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs.
• Update treatment plans per insurance and clinical guidelines.
• Maintain data collection systems and interpret behavioral data.
