Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinic-based ABA services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will supervise treatment implementation, conduct assessments, and develop individualized behavior plans within an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA certification in good standing, and Texas licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board certification and in good standing as a BCBA.
• Must obtain and maintain Texas BCBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure satisfactory protocol adherence.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs for patients.
• Conduct descriptive and functional analyses as part of functional assessments.
• Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets.
• Develop and write initial treatment plans and update plans per best practice and insurance guidelines.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide behavioral support in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Evaluate and report patient progress toward goals and oversee transitions.
