Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) in Woodway, Texas is seeking a BCBA to provide clinic-based ABA services to patients and families. You will supervise treatment implementation, conduct assessments, and develop individualized behavior acquisition programs to support progress toward goals.

The role requires holding BCBA certification and Texas licensure with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with autism spectrum disorders.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Texas BCBA licensure required.
• Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure satisfactory protocol adherence.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs for patients.
• Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets.
• Develop and write initial treatment plans and update plans per guidelines.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide behavioral support in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Evaluate and report patient progress toward goals and discharge plans.
• Conduct monthly parent/caregiver trainings and periodic group trainings.
