Arizona Autism Clinic is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver clinic-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 18 months through 21 years, under the guidance of board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs). You will join a collaborative team that rotates clients daily and emphasizes data-driven progress.

Role includes following the BCBA treatment plan, recording data, and providing regular progress updates while maintaining a supportive, child-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT license or willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of start date.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Applied Behavior Analysis experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (Obtain within 30 days of employment).

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based environment.
• Follow and implement the supervising BCBA’s treatment plan.
• Maintain client session data and timely timesheet management (training provided).
• Establish therapeutic relationships and promote Natural Environment Teaching.
• Provide progress updates on treatment goals and behaviors.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for all clients.
