Job summary

Able Autism in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking ABA Therapists / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision. You will provide direct ABA therapy to children, collect data, and support families. Ideal candidates should be at least High School Graduates, over 18 years old, able to lift 50 lbs, and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Follow policies to promote a safe team environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans provided by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under clinical direction.
• Collect accurate skills and behavior data daily.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to lift or move approximately 50 lbs

Positive attitude towards team members and clients
