Job summary

PediaPlex seeks an ABA-therapist (RBT) to provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism across clinic, home, or community settings. You will implement individualized programs under BCBA supervision and collect detailed data to track progress.

Responsibilities include following behavior plans, documenting sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
• HS diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children, especially in special education or behavior therapy, is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to accept supervision, implement feedback, and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to children in clinic, home, or community settings.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Follow behavior intervention plans, including reinforcement, prompting, and redirection strategies.
• Assist in developing daily session notes and maintain documentation requirements.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and observations to supervising BCBAs.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
• Support generalization of skills across environments through play-based and naturalistic teaching.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with BACB guidelines and PediaPlex expectations.
