Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA techniques to support skill acquisition and behavior modification, delivering services in one-on-one settings.

The role includes working under supervision, maintaining documentation for billing, and coordinating with the Client Advocate and Supervisor.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training; training provided if needed.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Follow behavior treatment plan and supervision guidance.
• Ensure timely billing and accurate documentation of services.
• Maintain communication with Client Advocate and Supervisor.
