Job summary

Behavioral Perspective (BPI) is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with clients across clinics, homes, schools, and community settings. You will partner with managers and BCBAs to support clients in achieving meaningful goals.

Responsibilities include delivering individualized ABA therapy, promoting communication and social skills, and ensuring safety and quality in diverse environments. Training is provided; growth opportunities exist across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background checks: clear criminal, sex offender, abuse/neglect registries.
• Background check of MVR as required by position.

Responsibilities

• Provide1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Collaborate with managers and BCBAs.
• Support clients in developing life and social skills across locations.
