Behavioral Innovations in Manvel, TX is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear career path are offered.

Centers operate 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time roles preferred; part-time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hrs/week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
