Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Temple is hiring Entry-Level Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and clear paths for advancement are offered.

Roles include 1:1 therapy, data collection, and participating in ongoing training and team collaboration. Positions vary from entry-level during training to experienced RBT levels, with a structured pay scale and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
