• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides and supports clinician in delivering quality healthcare services.
• Delivers excellent, client-centered customer service with patient as the focus.
• Helps achieve productivity and revenue cycle goals at the health center.
• Collaborates with center manager and clinician to ensure efficient processes.
• Adheres to organizational and clinical standards, protocols and policies.
• Provides factual, non-biased patient information and education for visits.
• Performs basic clinical tasks (blood pressure, venipuncture, lab work, charting).
• Performs office duties (reception, triage, stocking, filing, billing, data entry).
• Promotes an environment embracing diversity and equity.
