Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Oak Lawn, IL seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first point of contact for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident at every step.

In this role you will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, inbound calls, and marketing/admissions support, becoming a subject matter expert on autism and ABC's services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Positive, contagious attitude with readiness to engage families.
• Eagerness to be part of a caring and team-oriented culture.
• Commitment to show up daily and lead at your center.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics.
• Provide inbound call support to prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism and how ABC helps children.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks to assist operations and leadership.
