Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Clinic Admissions Associate to support busy ABA clinics. You will manage day-to-day admin tasks, handle inbound calls from families and clients, and become a subject-matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.

• Ability to lead by example and support operations across clinics.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for busy clinics, including document management and internal/external communications.
• Provide excellent support to inbound calls from prospective and existing clients and families.
• Develop subject-matter knowledge about autism to explain how ABC helps children.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks to assist the operations manager and clinical leadership.
