ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate in Denver to guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care. You will handle administrative duties, inbound calls, and become an autism knowledge expert to help families understand our services.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics.
• Provide great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain our services.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks to back up operations and clinical leadership.
• Model and promote ABC's core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun).
