Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, or related areas.
• A passion for helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• Willingness to be part of a caring, team‑oriented culture.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day administrative functions for busy clinics.
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain services and impact.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks for operations and clinical leaders.
