Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work, customer service or client relations.
• Passion for helping families and children with autism.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and communications with referrals.
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Serve as subject matter expert on autism to explain ABC programs.
• Assist operations and leadership with marketing and admissions tasks.
