Job summary

A leading autism therapy center in Wisconsin is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support clients and families. You will be instrumental in managing communications and embodying the company's core values. Ideal candidates should have experience in administrative work, be passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and possess at least a high school diploma. What You Will Be Doing At ABC

• Responsible for the day‑to‑day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
• Embody our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, + Fun!) and be a cultural role model for your teammates
