You will be a subject-matter expert on autism to help families understand our services, collaborate with operations and clinical leadership, and contribute to our mission with a positive, team-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for busy clinics (document management, tracking, internal and external communication).
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand how ABC helps children.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and clinical leadership.
