Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring an Admissions Associate in Texas to handle front-desk administrative tasks, answer inbound calls, and act as a subject-matter expert on autism to assist families. • Handle day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and internal/external communication.
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Develop expertise on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks for the operations manager and clinical leadership while embodying core values.
