Action Behavior Centers in Roanoke, TX is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to manage daily clinic administration, document handling, and communications with referral sources. You’ll support inbound calls from prospective and current families and help guide them through our intake process.

• Experience in administrative work, customer service or client relations.
• Desire to work in healthcare and help families of children with ASD.

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for busy clinics and manage communications with referral sources.
• Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise on autism to explain services and support.
• Assist marketing and admissions tasks to back operations and clinical leadership.
