Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Texas is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first connection for families beginning ABA therapy. You’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

You will handle daily administrative tasks, respond to inbound calls from prospective and current clients, and become a subject‑matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Interest in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics.
• Give great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and leadership.
• Embod y core values and be a cultural role model for teammates
