Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Client Access Representative (Float) to support multiple clinics within the region. The role involves greeting clients, verifying information, handling payments, and guiding patients through their visits.

The position requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to different clinic locations with a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Must have strong customer service orientation skills.
• Able to multi-task while being a team player.
• Excellent typing skills and ability to work with a computer.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and verify personal information, payment method, insurance, and collect co-payment when applicable.
• Schedule clinician appointments and verify benefits and eligibility.
• Manage no-show and reschedule processes according to policy.
• Assist clients and families to resolve issues during visits.
• Provide leadership perception of clinic services to leadership.
• Prepare and ensure completeness of client health records.
