Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy is seeking an experienced Clinic ABA Director in Illinois to lead and mentor a BCBA-driven team, while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care and compliance across clinical operations.

You will supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and fieldwork students, guide program development, and maintain strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, growth-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience as a BCBA.
• At least 1 year of supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing ABA team through daily performance management, regular 1:1s, annual reviews, and ongoing coaching.
• Mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and fieldwork students; supervise RBT and client hours per BACB/CASP guidelines; run weekly team meetings.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care by conducting assessments, reviewing client progress, updating individualized programs, and auditing documentation.
• Oversee scheduling, timecards, onboarding with the ABA Training Team, and ensure SOAP notes, treatment plans and reports meet compliance.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to support quality improvement and a positive workplace culture.
• Foster a collaborative clinic environment and align staff with organizational goals through leadership and feedback.
