Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy seeks a BCBA to lead individualized ABA programs, assess progress, and guide a team of RBTs within our Illinois clinic. You will work with multidisciplinary staff to ensure high‑quality, child-centered care in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes mentoring RBTs, documenting evaluations, and collaborating across teams to achieve optimal outcomes for children with special needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible in Illinois.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete and submit required documentation including Evaluations and Progress Reports.
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care.
