Job summary

Westside is seeking a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy and to guide RBTs within a multidisciplinary team in Illinois. The role focuses on assessments, program development, and monitoring progress for children with special needs.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology/ABA and state licensure or eligibility, with clinic experience and a collaborative mindset dedicated to outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible in Illinois.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support comprehensive care.
• Complete documentation per practice guidelines.
