Job summary

Westside is seeking a BCBA to lead and oversee ABA therapy programs for children, guiding RBTs and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and tracking progress to ensure effective outcomes.

The candidate will supervise RBTs, maintain timely documentation, and work within practice guidelines while prioritizing family involvement and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or ABA required or eligible for licensure.
• Licensed BCBA or license-eligible in Illinois state is required.
• Experience mentoring and supervising RBTs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
