You will oversee assessments, program development, documentation, and adherence to BACB and CASP guidelines while advancing clinical excellence. Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years ABA experience as a BCBA.
• At least 1 year supervising RBTs.
