Job summary

Westside is seeking a licensed BCBA or eligible candidate in Illinois to join our clinical team in Joliet. You will mentor RBTs, develop individualized ABA therapy programs, and monitor child progress while collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes supervising and training RBTs, delivering evidence-based interventions, and maintaining precise documentation to meet practice guidelines. A strong commitment to growth and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• BCBA licensure or license eligible in Illinois.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete documentation including Evaluations and Progress Reports per guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.
