Job summary

Washington State University in Pullman seeks a dedicated Coordinator, Challenge Program & Climbing Wall to oversee the daily operations of the low- and high-ropes course and climbing wall. You will cultivate partnerships to create experiential education opportunities for students and the public, and manage program budgets and staff.

You will supervise and train program staff, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3 years of related experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Current climbing wall instructor or challenge course certification from ACCT/CWA/AMGA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the ropes course and climbing wall.
