Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement open recreation, special events, instructional programs, leadership programs, and adaptive programs at the climbing wall.
• Supervise staff development, training, scheduling and mentorship; conduct safety and risk management training.
• Perform equipment inventory, safety inspections and route setting; ensure proper equipment and maintenance.
