Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States offers a 12-week Summer Internship in Technical Sales across North America, pairing you with peers and mentors to develop technical, business, sales engineering, leadership, and communication skills.

You will collaborate with Sales Account Managers, gain exposure to the design, application, and sale of HVAC systems and building automation, and learn through hands-on experiences that can lead to our Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering for the duration of the internship.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some positions may be remote, others hybrid or onsite across North America.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers to understand needs.
• Learn design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, and services for buildings.
• Attend sales meetings and customer visits to gain hands-on experience across the sales process.
