Job summary

Trane Technologies in Memphis, TN is hiring a Service Project Manager to oversee the long-term scheduling and execution of service workloads, manage large quoted work and projects, and ensure contract performance with our clients.

You will forecast monthly revenue, coordinate with Area Service Leaders and managers, review estimates and proposals, and lead teams to deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in project management, HVAC or related preferred.
• Experienced in contracting processes and estimating for HVAC installations and managing subcontractors.
• Computer skills are essential; highly organized and customer oriented.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of projects, financial performance, and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic long-term scheduling based on service workload.
• Plan projects, establish schedules, and set procedures for SA work and coordination.
• Review estimates and proposals with stakeholders.
• Enter projects, order parts, schedule labor, and coordinate billing.
• Provide monthly revenue forecasts to support financial planning.
