Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in HVAC or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and parameters to meet objectives.
• Communicates with owners, contractors, and staff to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitors ship dates and ensures compliance with equipment ordering processes.
• Manages forecasted cost at completion and controls expenses for the project.
• Creates and revises project schedules, tasks, dependencies and milestones.
• Enters equipment orders, issues purchases, and generates start-up work orders.
• Oversees project cash-flow: progress billing, collections support and resource management.
