Job summary

Trane Technologies in King of Prussia is hiring a Service Project Manager to join our Service Sales team. In this role you will quote and enter service work, order parts and supplies, and ensure that all service work is scheduled and executed.

You will lead projects from estimate through completion, coordinate subcontractors, and communicate with customers to maintain high satisfaction. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 2+ years in project management or HVAC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience in project management, HVAC or related.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree encouraged to apply; leadership principles alignment.
• Experience with contracting processes and estimating HVAC installations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and analyze projects, establish schedules, parameters, and procedures for system objectives.
• Create estimates and generate proposals; enter projects, order parts, schedule labor, and coordinate billing.
• Enter service estimates, issue purchase orders, and generate work orders.
• Manage service projects from estimate to completion.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and assist Sales in project development.
• Communicate with customers, building owners, contractors, and staff; resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure staff and subcontractors work safely per policies.
• Less than 5% travel to customer sites is required.
