Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Service Manager to champion our Safety Culture in the Service Department. You will lead a team to ensure OSHA/ANSI compliance, manage fleet maintenance, and coordinate with the sales team on service delivery and setup.

You will train technicians, improve repair processes, track safety metrics, and maintain service records while delivering high quality, safe equipment to customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• HVAC Certification.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Extensive experience in repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Knowledge of work planning and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of equipment safety requirements.
• Inventory management experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives in the Service Department and ensure OSHA/ANSI compliance.
• Manage repair and maintenance of company gear and equipment.
• Oversee fleet readiness and parts inventory.
• Create, update and bill work orders; manage warranties.
• Coordinate with sales on delivery/setup and service needs.
• Visit job sites to support customers and build relationships.
