Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Extensive repair/maintenance experience on self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• HVAC certification and OSHA 10 certification.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and supervisory skills.
• Proficient computer literacy and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with inventory management and parts ordering.
• Ability to train staff and deliver safety-focused instruction.
• Excellent communication for team and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Apply Sunbelt safety culture at the branch and on job sites.
• Staff the service team and coordinate training and development.
• Prepare weekly work and on-call schedules.
• Monitor overtime hours and costs.
• Manage repair and maintenance of equipment; ensure readiness.
• Maintain service records, warranties, reports and billing as needed.
• Coordinate with sales and customers on delivery and setup.
