Vanguard is seeking a Client Transfer Specialist for our Personal Investor clients. You will be the trusted advisor during onboarding and ownership changes, building relationships and guiding clients through complex financial steps.

You will work in a hybrid model, leveraging licensing experience to provide expert support, educate clients about Vanguard's products, and ensure a smooth, confident investing journey.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and utilize resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Personal Investor clients during onboarding and change of ownership experience.
• Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients.
• Provide expert support during critical moments in clients’ financial journeys.
• Simplify complex processes and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Foster trust and reliability through consistent, high-quality service.
• Educate clients on Vanguard’s product and service offerings to enhance the client experience and fulfill investment needs.
